The EPILAR SYSTEM box contains 2 x 15 ml gels, the Inhibitor and the Activator.
This amount is enough for more than 70 applications, using one armpit as an example area.
EPILAR SYSTEM is suitable for use by professionals, as well as at home.

Performing the EPILAR SYSTEM treatment – 3 simple steps:

The two EPILAR SYSTEM gels are applied one after the other directly to the skin, after epilation by a professional esthetician or skincare therapist in salons and spas.
​
1) Waxing (or epilation of a smaller area with a pair of tweezers). The root of the hair has to be removed and the hair follicle left empty. Always remove wax residues.
​
2) Apply Gel 1 (Inhibitor) on the treatment area and massage it for approximately 1 minute into the skin.
​
3) Apply Gel 2 (Activator) on the same area and also massage it for approximately 1 minute into the skin.
​
Residues on the skin can be removed with a clean paper towel, and then the treatment is finished.
Precautions:
Assuming that the client has no counter-indications to an epilation, virtually anyone can be treated with the EPILAR SYSTEM. The only requirement is that the length of the hair being removed is a minimum of 2.5 to 5 mm to ensure an efficient epilation with wax.

If the skin is very dry or sun damaged, then an exfoliation or "dry brushing" of the specific area is recommended before a treatment to remove dead skin particles.
​
The use of cleansers, talc or other products is not recommended before the treatment.
​
There are no precautions to be taken following a treatment with the
EPILAR SYSTEM, however typical precautions for a wax treatment include:

• Avoiding sunbathing, solariums and the like
• Avoiding the use of creams, self tanners, make-up and deodorant
Both for at least 24 hours after waxing
